5-day Home Yoga + Wellness Retreat

 Nourish your mind, body, + spirit through daily yoga, mindfulness meditation, high-vibe nutrition, new year visioning, and self-care spa rituals while staying cozy at home 

Monday, January 24th - Friday, January 28th, 2022

Kick off 2022 on a high note by connecting with yourself, grounding your intentions for an incredible new year, and rising as a collective in this heart-centered community.

Stoke your inner fire by prioritizing yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually

 

Build on your cooking skills and detox your system from processed food, caffeine, alcohol, and meat. 

Strengthen and soften your muscles to allow for emotional release through daily yoga led by Kat

Harness greater feelings of self-love by taking superb care of yourself: inside and out

Hit RESET on stale habits as you adopt aligned rituals that will activate + sustain positive feelings long after our 5 days together

You can expect:

  • Mindful morning gatherings complete with guided meditations and journaling prompts

  • 4 simple, nutritious, and delicious plant-based recipes daily for a morning elixir, breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner

  • Supplemental readings, podcasts, and journaling to go deeper throughout the day as you like

  • Evening circles to practice yoga, connect in community, nourish your soul, and show your physical vessel love 

  • 1 Vision Boarding circle + 1 Self-care spa night will take place at Kat's homes in Norwood, MA and in Denver, CO for those who are local and would like to connect in person. Virtual will still be available these evenings!

  • Private WhatsApp Group for on-going group communication throughout the week as if we were in person!

We'll meet live together on Zoom for ~2.5 hours each day

-30 minutes in the AM before work to start the day on a mindful note

-90 minutes in the PM for yoga, self care, and manifesting new year intentions

*Everything will be recorded in case you can't make it live

 

 

These 5 days are designed to shift the key areas of life where health tends to get stagnant; food, daily habits, movement, and home life. Get ready to raise your vibration up high!

By Friday evening you will have a whole toolbelt full of recipes, rituals, practices to turn to so nothing can hold you back. Watch out 2022!
