Virtually, we'll take a look at an assortment of foods from your pantry and refrigerator/freezer. You'll learn about your dietary trends and how to interpret food labels. We'll bring awareness to how you typically prepare foods, as well as how to make healthier choices when food shopping. *If purchasing as a gift, please write that in the booking form.
