Visiting a large supermarket can be an incredibly overwhelming experience. Around every corner, there are thousands of products perfectly packaged to lure you in, despite your healthiest intentions. You'll take me along virtually as you shop for groceries while thinking like a food detective – we'll really investigate what your store has to offer while checking out the ingredients in the products you’re buying. You'll learn which aisles to skip, which to spend the most time in, and tips to save you money. *If purchasing as a gift, please write that in the booking form. I'll be in touch with next steps and scheduling a time that works best for the recipient!
