Katerina Stameris

Katerina is the founder of Katalyst Living LLC. She is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor with roots in Boston and Denver. She is also a reiki practitioner and Certified Holistic Health + Wellbeing Coach. Kat offers a virtual meditation club, cooking classes, yoga retreats, group and private 1:1 health coaching, and is an overall wellness warrior. The mission of Katalyst Living is to help people embrace vitality by breaking free from unhealthy patterns for good.
