Autumn is the season in which we honor the shift from abundant sun to growing night

We're reminded that darkness is not something to fear,
and that without a shadow, there is no light.

We must learn to accept our whole selves: both darkness and light
in order to fully love the dynamic beings we are

This is a time to acknowledge change as a natural evolution of being
Because just like nature, our lives go through cycles of growth, harvest, death, and rebirth.

Illuminate with the magic that lives within you by prioritizing yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually within your own dwelling
Summon your kitchen skills to cook 20+ plant-based meals, potions, and elixirs that will cleanse your system from processed food, caffeine, alcohol, and meat.

Strengthen and soften through vinyasa yoga daily as well as other curated embodiment practices
​
Learn to dance with your shadow side and conjure greater feelings of self-love along the way through meeting yourself where you're at and dedicating practice to intentional spells
​
Adopt aligned rituals at home that will sustain these activated positive feelings long after our 5 days together as a coven

During this retreat you'll explore the 5 elements of nature: earth, water, space, air, and fire,
and how they can help us deepen the connection to self.
​

We'll meet live together on Zoom for two hours each day
30 minutes in the AM before work to set the tone for the day
90 minutes in the PM for yoga, elemental ritual practice, and coven connection reflections
*Everything will be recorded in case you can't make it live
​
You can expect:

Mindful morning circle with guided meditation and intention setting

4 easy, nutritious, and delicious plant-based recipes daily for a morning elixir, breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner

Supplemental readings, podcasts, and journaling to go deep throughout the work day as you like

Evening coven gatherings to go deep, reflect and practice empowering yoga

Rituals may include a burning ceremony, angel card pulling, crystal charging, space clearing, reiki, cacao ceremony

Full moon ceremony on Wednesday 10/20 to celebrate the Blood Moon through grounding into nature, breathwork, intuitive movement, and creating moon-charged potions! (in person if local to Denver) or virtually.

These 5 days are designed to shift the key areas of your life where health tends to get stagnant and turns your frequency way up so that when the dust settles, you will have a whole toolbelt of recipes, rituals, embodiment practices, and heart-centered humans to turn to help you continue illuminating the magic within you.

Elemental Daily Focus
MONDAY
Opening ceremony including a burning ritual and intention setting, create a sacred cozy space, + clear stale energies from your home
TUESDAY
Allow what no longer serves you to wash away. Today will cleanse you of stale energies and leave you feeling refreshed
WEDNESDAY
Full Blood Moon ceremony complete with potion creation and gathering as a coven virtually or in person if you're local and wish to
THURSDAY
Feel the inspiration that arrives with each gust of wind. Follow it and become closer towards your purpose
FRIDAY
Grounding practices invite you to grow your confidence in the mystical being you are
